It&...May I please recommend a book for you to read? It's called "The Tightwad Gazette" written years ago by Amy Dacyzyn. Even though it was written years ago, I would say at least 90% of her advice/suggestions are still very valid. <br />Hopefully at least a library nearby (I don't know where you live!) has a copy of it. It is INVALUABLE for <br />(1) challenging the idea that both parents "have" to work in order to keep up with expenses, and<br />(2) providing tips to save money so expenses go DOWN (and, more importantly, ways to start thinking/figuring ourselves).<br />This woman has/had SIX KIDS and managed to do it on one income.<br />Love,<br />a devoted reader named Marianne SkinnerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
